Cooldowns Over 6 Months – How to Request a Long-Term Break

How to Request a Long-Term Cooldown or Self-Exclusion

To take a break longer than 6 months:

1. Set a 6-month cooldown in your account:
   Profile > Player Care > Casino Cooldown

2. Request a withdrawal if you have funds available.

3. Send an email to: support@weezybet.com 

   • Use the subject line: “Request for Long-Term Break / Self-Exclusion.”

Our team will apply a manual long-term cooldown and then deactivate your account.
This will count as your official self-exclusion under our licensing obligations.

What Happens After Deactivation?

• Your account will be fully deactivated.

• You will no longer be able to log in or play.

• Access can only be reviewed after the exclusion period ends (minimum 6 months).

All requests are handled confidentially and with care.
